(Full-Time | Backend ERP & LMS Solutions)
We are hiring a skilled Odoo Developer to support the backend modernization of a large-scale LMS-based ERP solution. You’ll work on core system development using Odoo v19, collaborating across teams to build scalable, high-performance business solutions within a connected digital ecosystem.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design, develop, and maintain custom Odoo modules (v19) across the full development lifecycle
- Translate complex business requirements into functional Odoo workflows
- Customize QWeb reports, PDF outputs, Excel exports, and dashboards
- Implement advanced workflow automation and process logic
- Perform unit testing and integration testing to ensure system stability
- Optimize PostgreSQL performance and troubleshoot backend issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable ERP solutions
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on Odoo development (v17 or v18 experience required)
- Strong proficiency in Python and Odoo ORM / MVC architecture
- Experience with XML, QWeb, JavaScript, HTML/CSS
- Strong understanding of PostgreSQL and complex queries
- Experience with REST, XML-RPC, or JSON-RPC integrations
- Familiarity with LMS-based platforms (Moodle, OpenEducat) is a plus
- Odoo Certification is highly preferred
